Oakbrae Holiday Home in Ballater is a superbly appointed self catering accommodation, which has recently been extended and has also undergone a complete refurbishment to the rest of the property. This has resulted in the addition of two additional bedrooms, both of which have fantastic en-suite facilities and walk-in wardrobes and storage areas.

The original house has been totally refurbished, including replacement windows and doors, and the upgrading of the downstairs bathroom to match the quality of the rest of the accommodation.

Lounge

The large lounge is bright and airy and has contemporary brown leather sofas and a wall mounted 37” LCD TV with a full Sky television package.

Kitchen

The newly installed kitchen has a full range of domestic appliances and a dining table for up to eight people.

The accommodation can cater up to four people in the two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, and a further four people in the two double bedrooms upstairs, both of which have full en-suite facilities. In addition these upstairs rooms have full walk-in wardrobes, one of which has a travel cot housed within.

Oakbrae is conveniently situated within walking distance of the River Dee and the local Golf course is nearby. A full information pack is available for reference which will give essential information regarding medical facilities, shops, restaurants etc.
